The policy will provide Emergency Breakdown Assistance if the insured vehicle cannot be driven or is unsafe to drive following a breakdown, fire, theft or attempted theft or damage. We will also provide cover if the vehicle suffers a puncture, flat battery, runs out of fuel, is misfuelled or if the keys are broken or lost. It provides peace of mind for motorists in case of an unexpected emergency. Policy cover is offered alongside or automatically included within a motor insurance policy through a broker or insurer scheme.
Problems are reported via a 24 hour / 365 day emergency assistance telephone helpline and will be dealt with by a network of quality-approved repairers and recovery operators.
Home Start and Roadside Assistance
