We are now seeking a Claims Manager to join our team.
Based in Lysander House, Cribbs Causeway, the applicant should have experience of dealing with legal expenses claims, ideally both BTE and ATE, and have worked in a similar LEI claims environment.
Your role will involve assessing and validating LEI claims, procuring and managing our service providers, including solicitors, costs lawyers and home emergency providers. You will also assist sales and underwriting with tender presentations, and meet business partners to discuss our service provision. We expect a very high level of customer service for all our clients, and you should also work well as part of a team meeting our business objectives.
You will demonstrate a detailed understanding of legal expenses insurance claims handling.
Although the role is office based in Bristol, there will be an element of travelling involved to meet new and existing customers and business partners.
